Can’t understand why Scottish coaches are so negative they are miles behind only when you play with 1 striker and he is isolated he’s got no chance, only when Middleton came on they looked more threatening. Campbell is a good player but playing off the striker 🤦🏼‍♂️stinks of trying to fit everybody in the team, modern day coaching they over complicate the game in my humble opinion

Sad to say but only a true patriot like me could sit thro' this. The word 'awful' tripped my lips throughout the game and as I suspected if we just saw the future of our game in the years ahead then it is just as well I no longer watch our national team. I guess I will need to confine my self to watching the women who showed more imagination and commitment. Not that we were at all dominant throughout the game even against 10 men but I was just waiting for the inevitable slip that would cost us the game. I am now 70+ and for years I have been saying the national game is in the hands of amatuers and with the emphasis on Glasgow and the west coast. They have a small mentality which is replicated in the way they play.
