1:52 Michael Shannon still looks pretty good, why did they think they needed to use to de-age him? It ended up looking like crap, like most of the visual effects in the movie.

There was no reason he couldn't be a slightly older Zod in that timeline.

If James Gunn don't bring her back in some capacity, I'm not going to bother with his DC reboot.

On the bright side, I am going to look forward to Supergirl romancing Twisters lady in 'On Swift Horses'. Never seen Twisters yet, but did saw Daisy in some of 'Where the Crawdads Sing' and her life with her husband there went terribly wrong, so nice to know she'll find someone to be happy with in Supergirl.

The Helen Slater Supergirl has a cameo in the film. They used CGI to "de-age" her into her 1984 counterpart.

I totally liked Sasha's performance, since she brought a strong presence to the role. Being the first Latina women in portraying Supergirl, since she was praised for the emotional weight that she brought to her scenes despite her limited screentime. It's possible that Calle could get a new role in the new DCU, given that other actors like Jason Momoa had swap his character of Aquaman for Lobo. But it's a shame that Sasha couldn't stay for the role, since they had already picked up another actress for playing Supergirl. Although Sasha can still return in James Gunn's rebooted shared universe as another character. Although, despite of what happens. She will always be my Supergirl, on my perspective.

Im sorry but i didn't like her as Supergirl...this emo tomboyish thing was very annoying. Ive never seen her in anything else, but this. And her acting was.. stiff, Keaton was the only reason i saw the movie, and i watched just his scenes and the ending battle. I never saw the film from beginning to end.
