We want to use a stiff-bristle pipe-cleaner to get inside of the headphone jack on the console... can help if the audio is scratchy while using headphones, or if the headphone jack is ‘stuck’ and preventing the speaker from playing audio. Just wanting to share!

Great tip! Here's another- Avoid using the soft absorbent type used to clean actual pipes. They often have the stiff bristles wound in as well, but those absorbent fibers will get all caught up in a headphone jack.

The mother board i have in my modded dmg has this problem but it occurs constantly where the sound just stops
