Food companies are working to sell more. You have to evaluate if you have an addiction of over eating certain foods. Like lays potato chips that you can't eat just one.

I am interested in finding out more about hypoglycemia. I've suffered from it all my adult life and it's getting worse.

The need to eat more hpf to fill full may have to do with the effort of chewing the food.. real food takes more effort, time, to chew. This may give the body time to register" I'm full". Probably why my grandma tried to get me to count my chews permouthfull. I'd eat less.

Blame Cornell Food Scientists. Sorbitol has replaced ascorbic acid as a food preservative for shelf life.

Well, you could always do what Michael Phelps did -- eat as much junk food as you want but then spend all day long -- hours and hours -- doing marathon swimming or exercising. .That would work. 😇

This is not difficult people! Just eat 1 ingredient food and eat until you are comfortable stuffed. Carrot, onion, beef, pork, chicken, turkey, sardine, tomato. Salt to taste and drink only water. See, how hard is that!

Way too small a study too prove anything. Funny about people, placebos, nocebos, people pleasers? Did any have religious backgrounds with strong admonitions about gluttony, drunkenness, or overindulgence? It could be true, they have discovered ingredients that encourage overindulgence, if true they run the risk of some big class action lawsuits, don’t they?
