While everyone is marking up their property with coloured tape, if you half-wrap some around the end of your pencils, markers, etc. but join the sticky ends instead of wrapping them around completely. You should now have a little flag at the end. This stops them rolling off the workbench. Thanks Chuck. Great video as always.

> I've got everything I need to die right in this box".
Shoutout to Chuck for making us suicidal leatherworkers feel welcome.
A vid on your favorite classy leather noose would be appreciated. I've been experimenting with a woven whip, but much longer so I can hang from the rafters of my high ceiling. I just can't get the look right.

Just thought I would mention, When I started wearing out my third template for some very large leather pieces (About 15" x 12"), I had weaver make me metal version of the templates, including a small handle, which while it was supposed to help me hold it, works better for just carrying the templates around. My favorite part is, as I asked for, they put in holes so I can mark where the rivets are supposed to go on the pieces, saving me some measuring and aligning. I considered getting a Clicker and clicker dies, but the size is way too big for anything but a full up special order clicker, which are too say the least, pricey for how often I need it. I love my metal cutting templates from Weaver.

And if you happen to drink Nestle's Quik, those containers after you finish it off are really good for storing used sharps (such as used blades). Also good for storing parts if you have a lot of them.

Chuck; good stuff.  Allow me to add an idea for saving space with all that lace storage.  Don't cut the last inch or two on the 2" wide band.  Punch a hole in that tab and hang them on the wall.  You can stack a lot of different types on the same nail.

Good stuff as always, Chuck. After my first career in aircraft maintenance, safety is like a religion with me. The "sharps" box was the one in this video that really stuck out. I bought that lace cutter after your video on it. Haven't had the chance to use it yet.

A video using every day items to create with leather would be great for those of us that are disabled. Thanks

I can't believe I never thought to hit my needles with a lighter to help clear out the wax buildup. I've been using a sewing needle to push the wax out and it's making me go cross-eyed. Thank you, Chuck, for yet more invaluable knowledge.

Thanks for this series as well, I will be cutting a wood template from some of my table build scraps tomorrow for a project.
Surely will use the other tips in the future.
