Natural Disaster - Boulder Flood 2013

Here's a quick look at the flooding that occurred on my property in Boulder, CO on 9/12/13 near 35th and Baseline. Storm started on 911! The recording studio was in the direct path of water flow and many trenches were built to accommodate. Fortunately I was somewhat prepared. Most of my neighbors were not and found their crawl spaces and basements filled with water. If the flow would have been a tiny bit, 1/4" higher, it would have easily compromised the studio.
