Ok i was mad at that marble until you told me the story. It did not originally read green on my phone. It seemed black and i was so confused lol. YES, i DO remember this marble! The green showed up on your feature about it. And i too am thankful you finally found it a home. Happy Woodland Suite, dear marble.

When we renovated our en-suite, my husband just had to have a bathtub. I think that it’s been used three times for bathing in three years! It’s a towel and dust catcher. And because we were limited in the placement of it by furnace ductwork, where it sits makes it look like a ghost ship coming out of the corner of the walls! 👻🚢🤦‍♀️

The racer stripes are an excellent idea, in fact any stripe in a plain traditional tile. Worst case scenario you'll just refinish. Stripes, though, are timeless. A fantastic way to get a high end custom look on a budget. In a loft bathroom with a sloping ceiling this would be charming for guests. Also, the sloping tubs are great. Spacious but with more floor showing, and an advantage over an alcove style; leaks are less likely to hide as they'll quickly become visible on the floor.
