Princes William and Harry arrive in Kensington Palace Gardens for the unveiling of a statue of their mother, Princess Diana, on what would have been her 60th birthday. Tensions have been reported between the brothers over Prince Harry's decision to step down from royal duties, but they appeared relaxed as they arrived at the unveiling event.

The statue does not do Justice to Diana at all. The face, hair does not resemble her true image. So sorry the Sculptor was not accurate. Good that the brothers are keeping up appearances. It is Diana's day - The Day.

I really like this statue — much more than I expected to! It's lovely and dignified, not sentimentalized or flashy, the way I thought it might be. They chose to depict her humanity, work and outstretched arms. Great choice. Seeing her sons unveil it was very touching.

The statue reflects who Diana was a caring, compassionate, loving person. In my opinion Prince Harry has her qualities, Prince William has her looks. They both have their fathers bald patch.
