Piece by Piece, Complete Tawnypelt MAP

GOSH, there's so much to love about Tawnypelt! I think Tawny's character really exemplifies this idea of the power of choice, and how choosing to love and to understand something is infinitely more impactful than hate or violence. Tawnypelt left Thunderclan when her clan mates refused to understand her and see her as an existence apart from her father. She ran towards his shadow hoping to find an escape, but was still met with bloodshed and hate, and she understood it as a horrible means to a horrible end. Even when Brambleclaw was lured in by the Darkforest, the fact that Tawnypelt refused to be a part of it really stuck out to me. She understood firsthand what Tigerstar had done, how he burned her and those around him, and she rose above that. Piece by Piece follows just a few snippets of Tawny's life, from the back of her father, to the mentor and kinship she found with Blackstar, to the family she found with Rowanclaw. Tawnypelt has always pushed others around her to be better, and has shown a perspective we don't see a lot in Warriors!

The MAP's “gimmick” was that Tigerstar changed Tawnypelt's view on both life and men, and thus, after the incident where Tigerstar attacked Bluestar, this “new sight” was visible as a pink ring around Tawny's iris, and Tigerstar being seen with a red outline (exemplifying his hate and blood thirst).

I AM SO PUMPED ABOUT THE INTRO TO THIS MAP!!!!!! I owe this and the entirety of Piece by Piece to my cohost and collab partner, Memento!! Meme created the script, the call card, contacted voice actors, edited the intro and outro, and did EVERYTHING for the intro aside from lining and coloring the characters (my job)!! LEGIT, THANK YOU SO MUCH MEME I AM SO FLOORED WE COMPLETED THIS!!!!

The one thing I’ve gathered through this whole map is that Blackstar, is a shipper!!!

Feel like TawnyPelt’s such a strong character. Like, she’s so powerful, when she thought she couldn’t make a life in thunderclan clan because she wasn’t accepted she brought herself to leave her home. In a time of war and trouble, she managed, AND she was able to uphold so many of her ThunderClan relationships, and most other cat/people could barely even bring themselves to look at their old friend. Basically TawnyPelt’s great

I... Just remembered Flametail's, Dawnpelt's and Rowanstar's death... Poor Tawnypelt. She is by far one of the most noble characters.

What's more fitting is Rowanclaw used to hate Tawnypelt for her heritage as well. But obviously he came past that, as, well... he became her mate!

I love this map. It brings out a new side of Tawnypelt that I didn't notice much in her.

After what her father, Tigerclaw, does to Thunderclan, she feels uncomfortable in the clan her father damaged. After Stonefur is killed, she feels like she doesn't know where she belongs. She eventually settles in Shadowclan. Blackstar, perhaps understanding what damage her father did to her, and what Blackstar himself did, killing Stonefur. He wanted to make her feel better, taking care of her. Rowanclaw gets feelings for her, and they have kits. Rowan acts the opposite of what Tigerstar acted, not aggressive, he didn't ignore her, and he cared for Tawny. Tawny promises to herself that she won't let her kits feel the same damage that Tigerstar did to Tawny, her brother Brambleclaw, and her mother Goldenflower.

Oh this map is so sweet i love it, the beggining was stellar aswell, i love how this showcases Tawnypelts relationship with Blackstar! I rarely see people discuss that stuff. Everyone did amazing!

This means alot to me. I personally am twelve and my father left not too long ago. Many, many things i discovered about him that i did not want to discover. Warriors and other book series like Wings of Fire has helped me through many tough times; and now its helping me through this one. This song, and this fandom, id like to thank you.
