I am 23 i have acl tear but it is partial, i can walk slowly but cannt run, i dont that much pain in the knee, it been 2 year that i tear my acl .Do i need surgery?

Please need a suggestion. I am 48 and I have gone thru 2 ACL surgeries, 1st hamstring2014, 2nd patellar 2020/01which maybe wasn't done well because my knee area is so stiff and I have developed a sort of plantar fascitis. These 2 happened because of 🏀. Now according to MRI is broken again maybe after I kicked a big dog that attached my dog almost 2 years ago. I really don't know what to do. When I stand and walk to long my patellar area and foot feel stiff and numbed so I have to stop for a while. Cycling is fine though. I will really appreciate your suggestions

Soo what happens to the area that u took the graft from? Will the hamstring tendon and patellar grow back or there would be a big hole with a smaller and weaker version of that tendon?

I'm a fit and healthy 42 year old women 12 weeks post complete ACL tear . I'm 90% sure I'd rather surgery. My Surgeon said wait another month before deciding as I'm I feel I'm not 72 ... is surgery rhe best decion for me ..?? I still have knee instability when walking..

Is it ok to jog in a straight line with cushioning shoes without acl? My knee is stable during everyday activities and walking. Im trying to avoid surgery and finding a way to get a cardio workout.
