So after I did this it is not transparent... it create a black screen. whereas yours has a transparent back ground... I followed step by step please help

Hey! could you make a video on how to subtitle our videos? i’ve just subtitled my most recent by adding text boxes but it took soo long to line them all up to our dialogue. Was wondering if there was a faster way? i know i can use a subtitle track but i was hoping for different effects depending on who was talking and in what way people said things. appreciate your videos!
