Found out about the Viso visual a month ago and immediately started using it. It's amazing for the manufacturing sector.

I like this, so in reality, I can have a restaurant with 30 tables, have a visio map of the restaurant tables, assign the id's, get the sales per each table, track the least used table and the most used table. Then tie in the employees and get the activity of each individual and see whos slacking.

Haven't used it yet, but I like that you can map data to the diagram.

Synoptic Panel is also a great way to view data mapped to a visual

This has to be the most straight forward explanation of this thank you!
Question though: I've managed to get this working for a Desk Booking System Visual to show if the desk is free or booked (Dead Simple, Red for Booked, Green for Free). Is there a way to show the image of the person who has booked the desk? We can pull the pictures in from Active Directory, but not sure how to get it to show on the visual itself?

I've been using shape maps and json files from qGIS or CAD for this, but I think this would be a good alternative for me to check out.

Could I add Tooltips on the Visio visual? I would like to show details information for each graphic item when user click or mouseover it.

Suppose I have made changes to the Visio diagram after using it in Power Bi then how to do refresh visio diagram?

Tongue-twisters aside, I'd wager this office floor plan example probably has some folks already wondering if they can do a homebrew return-to-office hoteling workspace reservation solution vs off-the-shelf

Nice one ..thanks. I have 1 query if I want a *search box* where I will put Seat number (instead of Id, kind of seat finder) and that seat will be highlighted with the Name .. how to achieve that ?

I’m thinking that this visual would be great for capturing personnel data in an org chart, that would feed a recurring report. Gonna have to do some more research but I like what I’m seeing so far. Awesome demo! 👍👊

Its not surprising that the Visio Visual is not a native or default in Power BI. While Visio is great for layout out diagrams, its not really my go-to for diagrams (that belongs with PowerPoint which I find is quiet underrated. Still, it provides some possibilities and may be worth the time to explore. Thanks for the info..
