I agree with all of them, but the second one is kinda unrealistic imo. I mean, even if Merope hadn't died in childbirth, how would they (Merope and Tom) have survived? If I remember correctly, Merope was mentally unstable in some way and I don't think she would've been able to provide for Tom properly, and as he grew up, he would've questioned who his father was and she probably wouldn't have told him. And maybe that could've caused him to act the same way he did if Merope had died (killing his father, grandfather, grandmother, etc.)
