I see all of these four shows (+ Jimmy Fallon), all fantastic. But in my opinion, Seth's show has been outstanding over the last couple of years. You can just watch him talk about anything and not get bored. Thank you, Seth and his writers. You all have a great sense of humor.

I do like how Jon understands that without all of the people behind him, he wouldn't have a show to earn an Emmy. I'm very happy to see that he acknowledges that he's a cog in the machine, and not the machine itself, and really genuinely cares about everyone else he works with.

Also, Desi looked amazing and I may have a slight crush on her.
