I love this look. I love that you have the same struggle with eyeliner. I am mixed so I have these weird combo eyelids, but compare to hooded with an inner eye swoop.
BUT I still struggle with eyelashes bc they bump into my eyebrows when my eyes are open, so it knocks them loose.

how about for oily skin my problem is the make up i put on can't last the day they end up caking :( so do i need to use foundation 1st *im using a liquid type foundation then primer? my primer is power base
