The REAL Rat Spots of Customs - Escape From Tarkov

In this video I show you the REAL Rat spots for customs, not these overused spots shown in every video. You may already know some of these spots, but I guarantee you'll find some new spots here.

As a mainly Customs rat I like to run around the map and look for weird spots, or good sightlines for camping, that's where I came across most of these with decent success.

If you're new to Escape from Tarkov, or Customs itself, this video can be useful in some good spots to hide in for early loot, or to look out for in your next raid.

It's also good to note, the underwater spot will also get you your gear back if you die. Your body falls deep into the water and is unlootable.

4:25 By the church on Shoreline there is a spot where you can fully submerge yourself and given it's swamp water and therefore opaque you can actually be fully hidden while still being able to see up.

You can camp inside one of the buses on the main bridge that gives a really solid unexpected angle on Smugglers. Its also SBIH possible. Do a 180 and you can do RUAF as well (albeit the container does block people hiding behind it but most people tend to stay crack house side which is mostly in-view)

There's a tree spot near new gas as well thats nice on that little hill. Scavs are pretty blind even if they walk past you after someone else. Unsure for reshy though.

Honorable mention to the spot my mate told me about ontop of the demountable office thingys outside mechanic by jumping onto the rail, then one of the poles and up again. Though this will take injectors or chad level strength to get up there since the low-ground of the railing is blocked by a lamp post (unlike the stair rails on reserve near red rebel extract)

Im always a fan of new rat spots, though i think some of these exist purely because you can get there and not because it will generally give you good pay outs
But thanks for sharing them! I'll definitly try your favourite out, it does feel a bit exposed compared to the tree right next to it, but who knows

EDit, i found you can get in the tree infront of that point, gives me may better area vision too.

There is another spot where you can be underwater in the shoreline path to lighthouse extract. There is a hughe puddle outside of the extract range where you could hide

Bro, that dead silence where you showing consecutive footage without voice is killing. 10-15% of game sound volume would really make it better, so in those moments where is no voice u can boost game sound a little to fill emptiness or/and any no copyright ambiend background music will do the job aswell
