China has been stepping up its efforts to safeguard the county's intangible cultural heritage. But it's also taking this mission overseas, especially to Africa. Only 5,000 people speak the Kisegeju language of northern Tanzania, but Chinese linguist Shen Yu'ning is now helping scholars to save this remote tribal tongue.
