Sleeping on my back feels the same to me as having my arm over the edge of the bed- my organs are all exposed to the monsters😂!

Thanks dr dray! Would you consider doing a video for skin tips for athletes or people who sweat/shower multiple times a day?

They say you should sleep with a pillow under your knees when laying on your back to maintain good back posture. I have posture problems so i use the pillow tip sometimes.

Sleeping on my back has been a game changer for me and my skin!

I have been sleeping on my back for 1 year with a Purple Pillow and a silk pillowcase. I love it, it’s the 10 lb. hyper polymer type. What’s really great is the pillow draws heat away from my head. I am a hot sleeper and now no more sweaty head. I recently got a Japanese Ice Silk pillowcase, it’s made of nylon and helps keep my hair smooth. Also I sleep with the head of the bed elevated which helps my sinuses and I do not wake up with puffy eyes. I have been making progress with my insomnia so I am not giving up.

It's true about putting a cushion underneath your knees... this does make sleeping on your backside more comfortable. Without it my legs feel rather restless and not "right." It better helps position your body and prevents tossing and turning so much. You make a lot of sense doctor... great tips!

Dr Dray, maybe you can make a video about all the La Roche Posay products you've had experience with till now.

I couldn’t afford this pillow BUT I purchased gigantic 100% silk scarves & wrapped one around my pillow. It feels great on my skin. I have 4 scarves & I change them weekly so they’re always clean.

I used to hate sleeping on my back. Now my bed is "propped up" at the bottom and top 30% (hospital bed). It is amazing. The bottom is for leg issues, but just elevating your head makes the world of a difference for back sleeping! It is so much more comfortable with that much elevation. I tend to fall asleep on my left side, but more to the morning, I might switch over to my back.

Have you done a video for post menopausal women? I’m 55, but went through surgical menopause at 35. My skin is showing the lack of estrogen and collagen. Unfortunately, I am a blue-eyed redhead who was a sun worshipper all through her ‘teens and twenties.

I can easily sleep on my back. It's just the question of how much you don't want to have early wrinkles. So yes, it requires an effort, maybe, but it's just a habit. You can do it.

I love my Sleep and Glow pillow. Took me several weeks to get used to it and now I love it

I love my sleep and glow. Being in my 50’s I had noticed the skin crease take longer to go away and this pillow has helped to avoid getting them all together. Love it!

Hi Dr Dray! Can you please give advice for pilots or crew spending too much time in a aircraft shell and exposed closer to sun...
Thanks a lot for all the help!

My husband hears me watching your videos all the time. He’s come to know the familiar intro and outtro words and outtro music. He said you should have a contest and have a mash up video of all of us fans saying “well hey guys!” and “sunscreen and subscribe!”. 😆

You are the GOAT of skincare. I’ve watched hours and hours of your videos and I feel like a dermatologist explaining everything I’ve learned to my housemates 😂 you really have removed a lot of confusion over what products I need. retin-A, sun cream, anti-oxidants, peptides and ceramides with no fragrance is doing wonders for my skin (alongside cutting dairy and increasing my veg intake). I’m 20 now and feel confident you have taught me important lessons for not only maintaining my appearances but also my overall health. It’s always great to see someone who is amazing at what they do, keep it up!! 🙏🙏🙏
