ok I know i'm late but I want to explain what happened here:
basically this thing you found is like a secret menu where the game keeps all (or at the very least most of them) of the special offers that were made available over the years
guess they forgot to remove it or they just decided to keep it as an archive of these offers.

after years of playing supermechs i finally got to rank 14 and i spent hours watching adds to get tokens i got 2, 000 tokens the next day my password wasnt working or something and i lost my account
