I've been using this cm10 build for about a week on my TMOUS sgs3 , and it really does make this phone so much better. I love stock android, and jellybean just flies.

@Pocketnowvideo I have an AT&T Samsung GSIII rooted with CM10 on it right now, and I noticed when you tapped on one of your app folders on the home screen, you had a settings folder. It had shortcuts to Wi-Fi and other things. What app did you use to get system app shortcuts? Or is that built in? I used to have AnyCut when I ran Gingerbread 2.3.5 quite awhile ago in my GSI days... Would appreciate the reference! Thanks! And great video! (Btw I don't have those bugs in the app drawer)

I just found out about the Note 2 tonight. I think I'm gonna wait for that. It's pretty much a Galaxy S3 with better hardware, bigger screen and it's running Jelly Bean (the OS Nexus 2 is gonna be running. :O)

Best thing is, it's coming out in either October or November, most people seem to be saying October.

Which is why I would LOVE this, but refuse to do it, because I have NO CLUE of what I'm doing. Is there any good detailed tutorials for this, or do you just have to pretty much know what you're doing to get it done?

i'd think so. i can't be for sure since i'm running a custom rom, but i couldn't imagine anyone spening time on adding this (pretty much useless) feature to custom roms^^
also if you are running JB, you know that the recent apps open instantly on the gnex, and on his phone it clearly didn't start until he let go of the button, so does it really matter?
btw, do you have the international or a US carrier version?

so the way the theme looks on the nexus versus the s3 in this video is not because of cyanogen10? Or is it jellybeans new theme? Because I noticed in other videos of the s3, the theme is different. Im a noob sorry

wait, if you download this mod for jellybean, since you get jelly bean early, will this do any harm to your s3? like, when jelly bean official comes out, then will this mode work just as good as when the official version comes out for the s3?

Do you have 4G after rooting it? i rooted my Evo 4g on Sprint and i couldn't use 4G, i switched to Verizon with the S3 and im thinking on rooting it but don't want to lose 4G

Though you can just remove the bloatware on account of it being an android where you can do basically anything you want if you know how.

Though out of curiosity are you seriously that much against other phones? Like, would you even say the Note 2 isn't worth getting (when it comes out) despite being much more powerful than the Nexus 2 is supposedly going to be?

I wonder, after updating the S III to JellyBean, will the phone feature like S beam, Direct Call Smart Stay and Smart Alert, will these be lost ?
I mean are these feature Android related ?
