After graduating undergrad in Accounting, I got rejected from my first choice, which required going to school FT during the day. So I had to go with the another school, which did theirs as an evening MBA program from 6:30-9:30pm. Best thing that ever happened. I was to get an entry-level FT accounting job in the day, school at night, and using the money earned for my MBA degree cash as I went. Recommend young people pursuing grad school also consider evening and (accredited) online programs.

I’m so thankful I came across Dave, I’m going to a big state school (University of Houston) have good money saved from working and I got a scholarship which pays off most of my college expenses commuting

As a college freshman I don’t really see how it’s possible to work enough hours to pay off loans, and be a full time student. These professors really don’t care about the amount of work they give out. You can work to get some pocket change through the week, but that’s about it.

In my 3rd world country, we have free universities and not so expensive private schools. That is being taken from us recently by orders of the World Bank. I guess slavery takes different forms.
