Watch live as a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches the Galaxy 31 and Galaxy 32 commercial communications satellites for Intelsat. Lift off is scheduled for 11:06 a.m. EDT (16:06 GMT). The Falcon 9 booster will not be recovered after 13 previous launches.

Built by Maxar, Galaxy 31 and Galaxy 32 will be positioned in geostationary orbit to provide C-band video and television broadcast services in the United States.

So they'll just let it fall and crash somewhere and make someone else clean up their mess later? Yup. That sounds like something Elon Musk would do. They have the capability to clean up after themselves. That makes them responsible for it.
