The one with glitch isn't something that happens if there is a hacker. Glitch appears when you're falling behind the group or if a room fails to load. If there is a hacker, you get jumscared by ambush infinitely and lose all your revives.

The one where figure gets dragged is actually an exploit! If you're on the upper level, attract its attention, hide in a closet so the heart minigame starts, (don't do the minigame) leave the closet, and then run away from him on the lower floor, before he can get you, he'll get dragged to the upper closet and get stuck :)
