Don't you need to base the meat with butter and bird broths? Also how does the stuffing get cooked and soft? Does the juices from the birds do that?

i cannot imagine this is good. never had it, so if anyone has please give me your experience, but with how different duck is usually cooked to render the fat, and how turkey/hen is cooked to prevent dryness, i genuinely cant really see how itll be equally all the way through and not dry out. idk, i could be very wrong!
