I'm glad I paused and went to the comments. I agree, this video misses the mark at least somewhat. It would've been good to open with saying "Men have more Divine Masculine, while Women have more Divine Feminine". I believe it is important to know that all men and women have both Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine Energies. The best book I've read on this so far is "The Way of the Superior Man" by David Deida.

For the last few years since "awakening", I've been trying to figure out how to balance, esp bc my spouse keeps encouraging me to strengthen my masculine in these very specific ways instead of channeling it via unhealthy ways ie aggression.
