It is a piece of art the creation of Dutch artist, Maarten Baas, who was commissioned to make the latest in his series of Real Time clocks for the office building it hangs from.
A dark silhouette of a suited man can be seen against the clock face, to draw hands of the clock, wipe its surface and sometimes, depending on the time you are there, the actor will put on a top hat on.
