Ingredients:
3 lbs of medium ground beef
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 package frozen chopped spinach, strained
1 cup Italian parsley, chopped
1 large carrot, grated
2 tbsp sea salt
2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp ground black pepper
5 cups of mushroom pasta sauce
4 tbsp olive oil
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 package of oven ready lasagna pasta

Ricotta Mixture Ingredients:
425 grams ricotta cheese
1 cup parsley
2 large eggs, beaten
Pinch of salt
