Who ever wrote the story made an obvious error in timing. Logan should have injected himself with the Regenics while still in the apartment since it needed time to work, not while he was getting crushed.

If I am not mistaken,
this was written before the immortal hulk run. And if not, somehow, they didn't involve every single hulk as we apparently see here. The whole set of gamma mutates did come back on the regular. But it just covered the regular hulks and sasquatch. I do not remember if dr. samson's body came back
