Bburago 1994 Dodge Viper RT-10 Review (Scale 1/18)

The Viper was first introduced in 1992 with the RT-10 roadster variant. The RT-10 was revised in 1996 with a variety of comfort and convenience features that were previously absent, such as roll-down windows and air conditioning. Very cool looking edition with the black stripes and the black wheels. Surprisingly I can't find information about this particular model at the Bburago-Collector website but I can see an edition with red stripes and silver alloys that was produced by Bburago in China from 2007 until 2016. But I also already heard that depending on the quantity you can get everything again (except some older models from Bburago Italy like their old Ferraris since they destroyed the casting molds after they lost the license from Ferrari). But it was definately interesting for me to see that this old diecast model from Bburago Italy is still produced (even if 2016 was the last time then it is longer than expected). I can confirm that at the older model you can open the hood at a wider angle. You don't move that seats too often or they'll really break off. It's a very common issue when getting used ones of this model :-D But you can easily glue it back again. Overall it is still like the old models you got since 1993 with only minor and almost no differences.

Based off the paint color and inclusion of racing stripes, this model is based off a 1994 Dodge Viper rather than a 1992 model, as the yellow exterior color with black racing stripes were not available until 1994.

i got a black one from a cycle for only 2 dollars but it misses 1 wheel sadly
