Greed! It's all about the profit margin. Quit paying the top officers of the Company's so much. A century ago the top officers would make 5 times what the lowest paid employees received now it is 200 times. Talk about wage disparity. Or at those are the figures that I remember hearing but regardless the top officers of the big company's are being paid too much. In my opinion.
