I don't like this guide.

Viktor is a lane bully, and you need to play him well enough to the point that you are around 30cs ahead of your opponent. Viktor is a lane bully as his Q and E is untestable level 1 and 2.

After this, he dies too easily, so just poke with E.

Also, most Viktors don't build Ludens, and I believe shield bash and bone plating is better against assassins and burst traders.
