Young Man in a Hurry with Jason Stein

Young Man in a Hurry reimagines the lo-fi sounds of their 80s and 90s youth, immersing listeners in a postmodern millennial séance. They celebrate the release of their new album, “Actor Brought a Vice,” at Constellation on 10/14/23.

The songs were written in Oslo; recording and production happened in Michigan; contributions were sent in from across the US. The process was a paradoxical exercise: made quickly but with intention, in community but from afar, collaborative systems with parameters to guide the vision, no limitations.
