The most prestigious home in Niagara-on-the-Lake. This magnificent Georgian estate home of over 15,000 square feet, furnished with impeccable taste, offers grand and intimate living. Having been built in 2000 and renovated in 2014, it was designed and constructed with exquisite attention to detail. The home boasts a subtly warm palette, architectural details, and natural light that creates a sense of timeless tranquility. The grand indoor pool, greenhouse, conservatory and the paddle ball court (convertible into an ice rink) and its field house are not immediately evident from the street. Only the most thoughtful design and the finest materials were used to build this home.

The main level features a formal living room with two French doors leading to the well-manicured lawns outside, a formal dining room with large bow windows, a chef’s kitchen with a large island and built-in Miele appliances with a breakfast room to casually dine in. The family room offers a comfortable space to relax in. The mahogany-panelled games room was built for family fun and entertaining. The primary bedroom suite of 1300 square feet consisting of a sitting room with a fireplace, sunroom, large six-piece ensuite and a walk-in closet with built-in cabinetry. Four additional bedrooms with ensuites are found on the second level along with a professional gym, extra large laundry room, and the most exquisite office with built-in cabinetry and fireplace as well as a private two piece.

The wine cellar and wine tasting room in cellar, located on the lower level, is custom built with an arched ceiling and holds 1000 bottles within. Hours of fun can be spent in the crafts room, which has built-in cabinetry, or the adjacent family room.

One spectacular feature of this home is the indoor pool house with an 18'x40' salt water pool enclosed in imported Jerusalem limestone, copper roof and skylights, hot tub, his/her change rooms each with a three piece bath room, speakers, wet bar, fridge, dishwasher, mahogany windows and doors opening to the garden and patio.

The most unique feature is a rink including glass and boards. The kids or the grandkids will enjoy this feature the most, playing hockey, figure skating or having a skating party under the night sky. This artificial surface is easy to maintain with underground piping. This rink is dismantled in the Summer and a paddle ball court replaces it.

Ideally located near the lake, restaurants, shops, parks, and wineries. This is a home one has to experience located in the heart of Ontario’s Wine Country in the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Adjacent one acre parcel available if more land is required.

I love this place! It is so gorgeous and perfect for us. We're retired and I use a wheelchair so space is of utmost importance.
Because we have no kids, we'd take out the sport court; turn the area into lawn and gardens' and probably add a bit more patio between the pool and greenhouse. We'd need to add an elevator so I could get to other levels. That would make it perfect for hubby and I. Loads of space for our books, crafts and hobbies, and "stuff"... as well as for friends to visit and have fun. The pool would allow us to exercise without stress and the privacy would allow us to live a good life. Now I just need to win the lottery. 🙃

I think it’s beautiful it’s very classic and it is very peaceful. I can feel the energy you know I love the ice cream hockey ring and I think the greenhouse is beautiful to grow so many beautiful flowers and plants and orchids just what a beautiful place with a beautiful home, the right touches you when people purchase it, and they make it their own. Their own senator stamp would be an amazing place to visit the home away from home. Very beautiful.👑💯

The Hockey rink and pool extension would be the first to go. Way to mess up a great garden space.

There is no coziness...it is home with no warmth.

Too much crammed into too small of a space. The hockey rink and greenhouse need to go as does the pool extension. That house needs lawn and trees about it...not so many small buildings. Clutter...clutter...clutter.
