I have a lung disease. I keep telling my doctors, including pulmonologist that I feel difficulties expanding my diaphragm. No suggestions at all from them. I will try this, Interesting. Any other videos besides this one for diaphragm. I just subscribed!!!

Okay can you break this concept down a bit more — why does that exercise help the psoas? Because it’s engaging the diaphragm and putting the rib cage in a different position? Is it activating a correct pattern to turn on the nervous system and build a stronger connection of sorts that help engage the muscles — the end result being that it changes the structure by strengthening muscles while in the correct position? Should you do reps with this exercise?

Can I make an ask. You have a tendency to make the exercise part extra short and it is hard to catch the right motion. Is this on purpose to sell something ? If not can you do three repetitions of the right thing to do, visual memory for people. Then say what not to do. Like giving someone your phone number, repeat confirm and then check for mistakes.

I recently learned that I have a deviated septum and I can't take deep relaxed breaths through my nose when doing your recommended exercises. Could the deviated septum made my anterior pelvic tilt worse?

Can this also cause pain in the under thoratic area? I have pain since 4 years and cant get in under control… no Physiotherapists seems to have a clue :(
