I really like how this show is trying to stitch together the lore and continuity of the original show, especially as it was seemingly completely thrown out the window in the later seasons

I honestly don't blame Timmy for such a wish because the boy had parents who are on the Child Protection Service's watch and hitlist, a babysitter who is also on the FBI and CIA watchlist, and a teacher who is a walking lawsuit if Mr and Mrs. Turner actually gave a damn about their son.

I mean, yeah, Timmy was miserable. But, in the long run, he almost ended all reality multiple times. Makes sense they added a lot more chapters to Da Rules because of him. Timmy was… chaotic.

I like how in the original series it's established that Cosmo and Wanda just have bad luck with their kids, to the point that the reason "Da Rulez" exist is due to most of the kids they looked after, and we're led to believe Timmy was the best kid they had, but Timmy was still an absolute menace.

I appreciate that they’re not erasing the original series. It’s a “next generation” thing. With callbacks.
I hope they have a special episode where adult Timmy guest stars and he’s the one adult allowed to remember the magic.

With the amount of loop holes Timmy exploited Da Rules have had to be amended so many times that it should be the most iron clad document of law in all of existence by now. I mean that’s literally at least 50 years of exploitive wishes to account for. Loop holes should be damn near impossible by now.

I’m really liking that they are really keeping in continuity. Man, that must of been a nightmare to deal with now having to add in new rules based on the troubles Timmy has caused. This shows that the people who are working on this gives lots of shits about this show unlike the previous show.

you can really tell that Timmy was such a bad godchild that it completely changed how the fairy world thinks and works on so many different levels that he basically forced them to rewrite the entire Da Rules book by himself
