It’s easy to see there is no P wave and the QTS is irregular. So yes, just at a glance, without even reading it I could tell you it was controlled a fib because the heart rate is normal. Glad to know I can still read telemetry after being out of cardio pulmonary nursing since 2010. I am using my skills as a school nurse now.

This is not Afib… there is a negative p wave that is consistent and it looks regular other than that PJC/PAC on that 4th beat. Bundle branch is correct though. They are likely Sinus Rhythm, possibly with a V-Pacer as well.

I had to have some heart tests. They had to do a stress test. Bad knees and hips.

My EKG said I had prolong QT and right bundle branch block I wore a holter monitor for 48 hours and cardiology said it was “pretty much” normal never had a follow up appointment but I still feel my heart jump around from time to time idk what to do about it
