A man is in custody after a road rage incident involving illegal fireworks in Modesto resulted in multiple gunshots fired Tuesday night, police said.

Occurs to me that many of these nutjob actions in the past were associated more with middle-school types exercising their right to be stupid at that age.
Now in recent years it's frequently guys in their 20s and even 30s and 40s. We seem to have a maturity crisis in our country. Maybe due to a generation or two of weak parenting and increasingly sketchy school curriculums.
