FYI, average F1 drivers normally does this on 36KG.
Say, Their helmet weights about 6-7KG, the acceleration is 6G. So their head normally pulls on about 36-40Kg along the entire race.

they don't average 6Gs!! they do 5Gs at some corners.. I've never seen a 6G corner in an f1 track.. unless it's a crash or something isn't going well.. also 5Gs is so impressive you don't need to add a 1 to make it cooler.. also they don't average that..
