This is by far the best recipe for Peruano beans that I have ever tried. The last step of blending the beans really adds the right texture. Creamy and delicious. Thanks, Antonio.

Covid-19 made all the Mexicans in my area (I'm Mexican too) buy up all the pinto beans, but there were plenty of Peruvian beans, so bought them. I'm glad I found this recipe. Good shit my dude, this looks like a delicious recipe.
