Great video. When you shoot the flash, does that trigger the camera or do you trigger the camera with a remote which in turn triggers the flash?

Appreciate the hard work of putting together the video. But do you go through this process for every single home you shoot? I can't imagine that being very profitable. Wouldn't an HDR with bracketed shots work for most situations?
