180g chicken breast
Salt, pepper
cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder 1/4 tsp each
60g pasta (measured raw)
4g oil
cheese sauce:
25g cheddar
2g cornstarch
50g evaporated milk
10g hot sauce
Start boiling pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, combine cheese sauce and cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Add chicken into a bowl, add seasonings, and mix.
Fry chicken breast for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then add cheese sauce and keep stirring for 30 seconds until fully melted. Add cooked pasta to chicken and combine everything, done!
You can add 1 red bell pepper and 1 red onion to increase food volume. Fry the vegetables before adding the meat, the rest is the same.
