Sir i have some questions
1) can H.C pass any other order except confirmation order before expiry of tym period for appeal if no appeal is made or if appeal is made before its disposal?
2) will appeal in H.C nd proceeding for confirmation go side by side?
3)if H.C in appeal changes punishment of accused then can H.C order confirmation of death sentence in confirmation proceeding same decision will be given by HC in confirmation proceeding as is given by HC in appeal .

4) if HC in confirmation proceeding passes some order which is different from judgement of HC in appeal then what will happen?
5) sir as section 413 provides for execution of any order passed under section then if person has already field an appeal in HC nd HC gives some different decision.. then there will be 2 decisions on same case one in appeal nd other u/s 368 what will happen?? Nd how can order passed under 368 be executed when appeal is going on in the same case???

6) can an appeal lie against any order passed by HC in confirmation proceeding or it will only be executed?
