It's 2020 now, it's time stop caring about things that shouldn't matter anymore. I used to be an extreme overthinker, emotional, and stresses, now i'm calmer and more carefree. This is how i remain unbothered by life's stressors.

What do I talk about?
1: Just stop caring
Is it really that easy to just stop caring? If you can't do that, then fake it until you make it. If you try and live this mindset for a while you'll start to believe it and it will become your truth. Don't let things that aren't relevant to you affect you so much.
2: Personality Type
What's your personality type? Finding out this will help you to understand why you react to certain things or situations the way you do. (I discovered i'm a HSP and fearful avoidant, this has helped me understand how to go about different aspects of life now)
3: Mute, Block, Delete
Get rid of anything or anyone - online and in real life, that don't bring you joy, value, or have a positive impact in your life.
4: Focus on yourself
'You are the most important investment you will ever make in your life'. You are the only person in your life 24/7 and forever, treat yourself as best as you can. Put your time, effort, resources, and money into yourself and become the best version of you as possible.
