Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov was right. He can see through Liz Truss when they met in a meeting. He knows, just by speaking to Truss, that she just doesn't have what it takes to be a leader. FM Lavrov describes their meeting as like speaking to a deaf and mute. And now we are seeing the result.
