Speaker manufacturers always build a speaker so the Base speaker including the subwoofer, to cut out at about 50 percent volume... They do this for the safety of the speaker so it won't get damaged at high volume.

Very true. 1000 bass is weak but very strong midrange, high sound with front-firing speakers. Finally, very strong bass but a rich and detailed sound in the mid-range. 710 bass has a deeper and higher bass volume than 1000. Because it has 2 powerful forward-firing speakers. It has a woofer. 1000 is very nice with everything, but it has a submarine that works downwards and disappears in the open air. But ultimately it is a sacred box that has eliminated all its shortcomings.

the reason the bass stops at 40-50% is because otherwise the speaker would short circuit or burn, or explode. its a safety feature on JBL speakers. mine does that as well (encore essential)

I like you. Please do the tests outside. And the real difference will be revealed. 710 and ultimate are similar to each other. But you will notice the difference in the open field with a difference of 25%. It is a matter of preference, but 2 710s are always better than a single ultimate box. 1000 is unfortunately obvious. It will lose bass in the field, but 710 never loses, it has a kick mode for open field, it will win.
