2 ways how I think this ended:

Way 1 : the yellow jacket girl was a friend of the green jacket girl but she wasn't real and so when the green jacket got in the room that's when she realized her friend was never real.

Way 2: the green jacket and yellow jacket girls way talking to each other and the yellow jacket girl saw some one with a knvfe and when the green jacket got inside she realized her friend got caught while the was running up the stairs

When the two girls entered the room, the yellow girl saw a murd3r3r coming in their way. She warned the green girl and they ran once the murd3r3r was near
The green girl hid in a room and was safe but she realized the other girl was not with her. The yellow jacket girl must've been a guardian angel or the yellow girl was actually already k1ll3d and it was her spirit

My take on this story:

The girl with glasses was both dead and not real. The girl without the glasses was wearing her hoodie and backpack plus went up the stairs faster so maybe it was her dead friend or sister who she imagined was alive still. She realized that she wasn't when she entered her apartment and saw that she was wearing her hoodie instead of the yellow one she had earlier.

It's a stretch but it's fun to think about.

The yellow jacket girl is an imaginary friend/guardian angel of the green jacket girl, and she was talking to her then the yellow jacket girl warned the green jacket girl that someone was coming to kill her, and then they both ran up (the green jacket girl's glasses fell I think-) then the yellow jacket girl disappeared (bcz she is an imaginary friend/guardian angel and then the green jacket girl ran and hid in her room/dorm (idk) and the killer lost her and he went somewhere else

the glassed girl was actually with an angel that nobody else saw the angel saw the man with the knife from upstairs the angel then gave a speed boost to the glassed girl then when the glassed girl went in the room she realized the angel she thought that was human isnt there.
