I enjoyed the shopcast as always! The Paul Klee sweater is looking amazing. Leslie's contribution was great, what a natural! And it was nice hearing from Fair Isle, and seeing the northern lights.

Excellent Shopcast! Maggie's "Paul Klee Sweater" was, for me, love at first sight. I've bought the pattern on Ravelry and listed Maggie's colors from her Ravelry project page in my knitting journal. I have lots of J&S Jumper and Spindrift to play with and use to select colors for the yoke. I love the pop of Maggie's colors on Maggie's main color: J&S Jumper 54 (a darker grey). I have a cone of J&S Jumper 27 (a lighter grey) in my stash which I'll use for my main color. Caitlin's update and projects look beautiful! My heart goes out to Rachel who inspires me with her love and strength with each and every time she posts an update from Barkland Croft. I am such a huge fan of The Woolly Thistle and am happy to now be supporting both TWT as a customer and Barkland Croft as a Patreon. Thank you all Thistlers everywhere! You are the best!

How is it possible that the shopcraft keeps getting better and better? It is like having friends over for coffee. Thanks for everything you share with us. Maggie, the duck is awesome. Now who to make it for, my grandson had to go & grow up. At 21yrs old and in college he might not want one 😁. Corinne, in days gone by I use to listen to your audio podcast while on the treadmill! Love to be able to see the knitted items, yarn, patterns and the two of you.

Oooh a real treat to see 'my' wee Jason meeting his Granny Miss Marple. What enlightening information on the struggles of the sheep farmers on Fairisle from Rachel. I always tell people that knitters are a generous lot of folk.

I love seeing the finished projects all of you knit and Corrine is right the yokes are stunning Maggie...they must be even more vibrant in person.

I hope you aren't bug squeamish if you gals are thinking of planting potatoes. I refused to grow cauliflower and potatoes after I walked in my little garden patch to check on plant growth and my legs were suddenly covered in big white wormy bugs. I shrieked very LOUDLY, my father-in-law howled with laughter at my reaction. He said you just need to go out everyday and pick them off the plants....uuuh NO! Happy spring all.

Thank you for the gift (sale) — Lesley clinched it for me. I am really anxious to knit really nice sweaters and bought the Vanilla fluff pattern and course — largest size because I am not sure for whom it will be and it’s better to have too much wool than too little, right?

About Rachel: I had found her years ago on Twitter. She has ALREADY given so much; I have been impressed with her industry (crofting, knitting, making beautiful and interesting films, playing music at church on Sundays) and today I find out that she can also cook and design. She talks, answers questions and pays attention. She does all this cheerfully and unaffectedly, natural and well done. I find her segments incredibly touching. I am very very glad for the warm support she’s found here.

Super Shopcast girls! Always fun to watch. the "new to knitting" girl. Are you kidding She is impressive. I totally enjoyed watching her video. Last, but not least, Rachel's Postcard. So enjoyable. She is so genuine. I am very impressed how she remembers/knows the parents and grandparents of her sheep. 🐑

Thanks for another lovely Shopcast. When I watch, I always feel like I'm chatting with friends (who I've never met!) Kaitlyn's segment on drape was really helpful to me, and I always love seeing Rachel and her adorable sheep. Her postcard today was a good reminder that I'd meant to adopt a sheep, and now I'm a happy adoptive "mom" of Sunshine :) Thanks for the sale, as well! I'm thinking of finally getting a J&S cone and maybe some Manchelopis, which I've been wanting to try for a while now.
