how long does it take for the water to filter. im finding the drop by drop is dreadfully slow. if i loosen the ceramic it gpes faster. but are you supposed to have the ceramic tight. because its sooo slow. wont have clean water for a

We have been using it since early 1993 here in the Philippines. My High school classmate when I showed it to him...literally was shocked and even called us Gross😅..."Yuck man, why is your family even using it!" 😅 That's the exact words he said. We are in the Philippines and I believe my father is still using it until now. 😅

I never cleaned the carbon filter with sponge and never slacked the filter stones for 30min and the minerals stones does it have to dry completely. Do I need to discard the water? Assist ASAP

I didn’t do/cleaning the filter correctly and was having weird taste in my water but i keep drinking it thinking it “New Filler taste” thank you so much for helping. Hope i didn’t get sick

You should have shown exactly how the stones are placed

This gets there, but it could have been better in terms of step by step. And leaving the 'stones' to last is just forgetful. Should have worked to a script and STARTED with prepping the filter/dome/stones.
