I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (October 10), I attended the funeral of a man at a local Lutheran Church. Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 was read at the service.

Thank you for this! Ecclesiastes 3 (along with Romans 1). has always been dear to me, but, I'm not sure why. You have opened to me through this talk many reasons why. "...we cannot fathom what He has done..." How do we know that "...he will make every thing beautiful in His time..."? We know because he came at just the right time. Thank you!
