I appreciate the fact that you apologized to the Lions. Take the offseason to grow and come back strong.

From a lions fan, and I know I’m not on the team like that, but this apology goes a long way, with the playoffs right around the corner tensions were at its max and people slip up. Huge respect for the apology, Quay

I'm a Lion's fan, and no doubt was as shocked as everyone else. But in the age of narcissism and blame deflection we live in today, for this young man to take responsibility and own his behavior is even more shocking. I don't know too many 22 year olds who would have done the same, so Quay deserves a lot of credit for that. I hope y'all will give him the forgiveness he asked for. This Lion's fan has.

Emotions were on high during this game, but these mistakes need to be kept in check. Especially when he’s had such a positive impact as of late. We can’t do anything but move forward

I hope he gets some therapy/anger management support cause after the body slam last week and the pushing of coaches/trainers this is deeper than just making a rookie mistake. He needs some help and support from a professional.

He needs professional counseling to learn how to regulate his emotions better under stressful situations not only on the football field but in the game of life before he hurts someone or himself.

He’s gotta get some anger management, two incidents this year is a terrible look as a rookie.

Love this kid, he's a beast. Accepting a mistake is big, many grown people can't own up to mistakes, so this is a learning experience for quay. Look forward to seeing him grow next year.

Not even rookies make this mistake. Most are able to handle their emotions and not lash out at innocent trainers that freakin save lives. Embarrassing.

Respect that he owned it, but this is twice and this game was too crucial. Praying he learned from this moment.

I appreciate you, Quay! A lot of people don't take responsibility for their actions. Another opportunity to learn and grow. Excited to see you in the GNG next year!

I honestly think the league needs to make an example of him, especially in light of last week's events with Mr Hamlin. Medical staff should never ever be physically intimidated or touched in any way while caring for injured players. Walker crossed a serious line, and Goodell should not take this lightly.

I hope you go get some help Quay ASAP. Cuz this world can get you in trouble off the field too. Pray for him folks 🙏🏿

As a bears fan looking forward to a packers version of Alonso Spellman in coming years. I say that tongue in cheek as I really don’t root for that - The Packers would be best served to have this unbelievable young talent speaking with someone regarding emotional control; something the Bears never did with Alonzo as he eventually spun out of control.

Obviously you don’t understand 1st is a mistake 2nd time is your character

This really would be a great apology filled with accountability and responsibility. Unfortunately it's almost the exact same apology he made 2 months ago for the same thing.

Coming from a lions fan…a ton of respect to this kid. I can tell this apology is 100% sincere. That’s how you take accountability. Rooting for him moving forward.

I respect the fact that he called the trainer and apologized and talked it out.
